"Don't recommend at all. As I walked into the room, the lights were up all the way and I was able to see how stained the sheet and blanket were. I was desperate for pain relief and no other place had an opening that day (Saturday), I also felt badly about leaving after making an appointment and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The therapist recommended Chinese suction cups as part of the therapy and I agreed to it, not realizing what I was getting myself into. This morning I woke up with about 10 - 3" wide purple circles (like huge hickies) all over my back from the suction cups. As I researched it on Wikipedia this morning, I learned it could be extremely harmful and regret agreeing to do it. As to whether it really helps or not, I don't think it made much of a difference. The therapist said it would help bring blood to the area that will help with healing. I think a simple massage would have done the same thing."
