"Don't come here if u want a fade. I now have uneven patches in my hair.. and when I called to ask if someone who knew how to fade could fix my hair the lady was very rude and told me "your to picky!! Maybe u shouldn't come her anymore and go somewhere else!!" I was not being rude when I called I simply just wanted someone to fix my fade. Manager told me in her employees defense "maybe she was having a off day, we all have those days!" And offered me a free haircut.. but no thank you I will not be going back to place.. thank you but no thank you"

"It was my first haircut at this shop in Jordan Landing and I was not disappointed. Very much like all my other visits to multiple GreatClips shops here in Utah and in Tennessee over the past 10 years. No matter where I go I consistently get a good hair cut. I am aware they have a time target but no mater which shop I’m in they always make my hair cut more important than the time. Thank you !"

"Overpriced and the haircut sucked. I asked for a mid fade. The lady cutting my hair was rushing through it so fast you'd think she was competing in a speed contest. After 10 minutes or less she started to take my neck gown off like she was done; there was still an extremely visible line all around my head. I meekly asked if she was going to fade the line to which she responded 'oh, I wasn't sure if that's how you wanted it.' Uhhh...it's called a FADE for a reason... She then 'faded it' for about 3 more minutes, minimal improvement. At that point I just wanted to get the hell out of there and go to a real barber. Avoid this place. The Barber School in Midvale is only $7 and their cuts are ALWAYS better than this."

"Checked in online arrived 7 minutes before when I arrived I was told to sit down and they would get to me whenever diddent even ask my name. The computer screen for customer wait list was turned off. The woman who i spoke with was rude and seemed angry that I wanted the service that was advertised. This is not the first time at this location. Reading the other reviews look like I'm not the only one. To the owner please don't comment on my post that you are sorry for my experience... It is obvious you are not. Jordan Landing Location. it's been getting worse over the years. This was my go to spot this was the last time."

"On 2-19-24 I went to the Jordan Landing location. Around 6PM. Mindy cut my hair. She was attentive to what I was looking for. She carried a great conversation which is always nice when getting your haircut. Look forward to future haircuts with her expertise."
