"I had my nails today, I decided to try overlay with a simple design, I showed her the photo. A heart, x and o for Valentine’s Day. It started to look terrible the heart was crooked it was unevenly filled. I was really patient and asked if she could fill it in a bit more (since half the heart was see through) I could sense her annoyance… her O was so crooked I didn’t even dare say anything- but it looked sooo bad. She did a second coat on the heart and made it worse- so I just asked again really nicely if she could even it out. She got so mad she took her file and started filing both ring fingers off going to town then called her friend over in Korean to fix it. Her friend fixed the heart but you could tell they were both mad at me. I felt totally shammed for even asking. When she was done she asked if I wanted lotion, (because I know they massage your hands with lotion) she said it’s right there. Got up and walked off. So I put some lotion on, got up and paid and left. I will never go back. First of all every time I have gone their nail art has not been the best, but today it was terrible, and I was treated so rudely. In the pics you can see the Pinterest photo I showed her. Then, my nails. The heart looks good, after her friend fixed it. The O and X look pretty bad. But again the bigger complaint is how I was treated"

"It was good for the most part the lady doing my nails was really rough and it hurt quite a bit… they were trying to rush my friend and me out and there was no one in the building and we got done at about 7pm when we came in at like 6:20pm so time wasn’t bad but they kept on messing my friends and my nails up and had to redo some. My friend ended up not getting the design because it wasn’t done right but in the end we ended up really liking our nails"

"Came in looking for this fun spring design I found online. I had a horrible “color changing” polish on from a trip to Chicago and needed it redone ASAP. The gal was ver detail oriented and made the design exactly how I wanted it and for a great price. She picked the colors out and made great selections based on the photo I gave her. My daughter also got a manicure and she loves hers as well."

"Worst experience ever! I don’t even trust them to fix it! I know my nails are in bad shape, but really? I had a manicure with gel nails done last night. They seemed in a extreme hurry. I think it took about 20 minutes and turned out awful. If I wanted it to look like this I could do it myself!"
