CHI Nails

"I went in with my mom , it was a last minute call and they were super accommodating. My experience was excellent my pedicure turned out great (French pedicure, picture attached). However, my mom’s experience wasn’t, because they hurt her feet by ripping part of her skin off while exfoliating. She doesn’t speak English so she couldn’t complain they way she would have wanted it at the moment expect for when she saw blood. We told the staff , unluckily they did not even have a bandaid I was expecting they would give her a discount or just an incentive (since they hurt her , picture attached) However, they charged her the full price. I left a tip still , because I know accidents happen , but I feel like if you hurt a client offering a discount on the service is fair. Maybe next time we won’t leave a tip sadly. Thank you"

"I am so in love!! This is my new go to place! I was a walk-in and asked for a pedicure and french manicure. They were nice and accommodating! I changed my mind on the french manicure and went for something more complex. They were so sweet and did exactly as i asked. Andy is amazing and has so much patience. I will definitely be back!"

"I paid about $66 (56 for the charge, $10 tip, I still have the receipt.) for my hard gel and didn’t even last three days… I came few months ago for the first time, and when the older lady (owner?) did them, they were great. I like the kid who did my nail but when I came back to fix the ones, which didn’t just break, one came off completely…. He barely fixed them. He refused to even put more coating on others that are breaking. He wasn’t even nice about what he couldn’t do. I was so disappointed… If you look at my picture, you can tell the quality. There are too many nail salons, I will never come back to this one again…"

"While massages can be nice, when I get a pedicure, it's the overall outcome of the polished toes. The young lady who did my nails today did an amazing job. It took her several tries to copy a design from their examples, but she kept trying till she got it, and I absolutely LOVE my toes. I love the color and the design. Thank you so much!!!!"

"I called yesterday and Chi was able to fit me in today. She was amazing to talk to and she enjoyed doing my nails. I could tell she had passion. She wanted them perfect for my wedding. I will be going back for fills. After my wedding she shaved the nails down and changed the color. I love them! Thanks Chi."
