"I used to go to another salon closer to my house for pedicures but decided to try Bella due to recommendation. I am SO glad I did. Yen did such an amazing pedicure. She took her time, did an extra coat of gel since it was a lighter color and was really nice to chat with. The salon was clean and welcoming. They had water bottles available. I’ll be back for sure. Wonderful experience."

"Called to make an appointment, the lady said come right now. Fine, I told her I lived about 15 mins away, she said okay that's fine. I head over there, they asked if I was the one who just called, and gave me a seat for the pedicures. A few mins go by and no one is coming over or saying anything. About 10 mins later, about 4 customers came in, one of the ladies who work there came up to me and said, "I told you come right now and you came late so I have other customers, I cannot do for you." ......seriously??? I said "I told you it would take me about 15 mins and I came right away..."they then had a whole conversation in another language and I had no idea what was happening. One of the workers there, her name is Twee was so nice and did my pedicure anyway. She apologized for the other worker overbooking. She gets 5 stars, the company definitely not."

"Just went in to get my nails cut back and she really acted like she couldn’t be bothered. She was so rude! If the lady was nicer I may have went to this place instead of going all the way out to SLC. I’ll take that drive now."

"Bella Nails exceeded expectations! I was a walk in and they were very busy but they still got me in. She provided excellent service and professional nails. I am in town on business often and have gotten my nails done at other places in town and they are awful. I will only go to Bella Nails when I am in town from now on.
