"Haircut was great and the stylist was great. Brought my younger child with me (most parents don’t have a babysitter to get a haircut). The staff was unnecessarily rude and made comments of how he is my responsibility and I should be taking care of him. He was simply looking out the window and touching the curtain adjuster. If you’re a parent that needs to bring a child with you, this is not the place. This is also not the place if you expect respect during a service you’re paying for. Losing me as a customer won’t hurt the business but if things don’t turn around more customers will make a choice to go elsewhere."
