"I will NEVER come back. Noelle ruined my hair. Absolutely mutilated it. I asked for collar bone length with some layering. She gave me a mullet. I look awful and will now have to hide under hats for the next few months. I have never had such a terrible experience with a haircut. She clearly wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing.
