"Great bank, efficient and their credit card is great. They are excellent as protecting against fraud. I got my identity stolen, and someone hacked into my account and stole $500 from me, and chase was able to get all of my money back. Every bank should have this kind of protection and policy. This is what every bank should be 10/10"

"I just closed my Chase accounts and went to MACU because of THIS location. Used be a good location, now it’s painfully slow, even when you’re the only person in line. Tellers are rude and make up excuses not to do things that other Chase branches will happily do for you. Last straw was last week when I waited in line for 37 minutes, managed to get out through the ATM lane and went to the Chase on State street, drove past this same location on my way home, and recognized the car that had been in front of me... STILL WAITING IN LINE! Screw this location."

"Slowest bank ever. Seriously. I advise you to find any other bank!! Get used to staring at the pole, it'll be your view for at a minimum of 10 minutes. The kicker is, they don't help people in order. And their hours are terrible."
