"I have been with these guys for years! They have made a lot of money off of me with all the loans I have had through them and now I'm looking to switch. I submitted a skip a pay form FOUR TIMES and NEVER heard back. I called and talked to Jeff twice and was told he was on it. The last time I spoke to him he told me I should expect action in a couple hours. Here we are almost 3 weeks later and still NO RESPONSE. I used to really love this place. Now it's just trash"

"I had so many frustrating experiences in the few months since we moved our accounts from Chase to UFirst Credit Union. They are so nice and try to be helpful when you go into the branch, but sometimes I feel I feel like they don’t know what they are doing. I appreciate having staff having to call someone to get help if they are unsure how to do something, but it happens many times I’m there. Recently, I had problems with my password and went to the branch to sort it out. It seemed like the problem was fixed, but I tried to use the new one and it still didn’t work! I tried to call the Draper and Sandy branches and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Both of our boys went to University of Utah and had a good experience so we want to support the university in anyway, but our experience with the credit union hasn’t been great."

"Every time I come into this bank I am always greated with a warm welcome. So far all the tellers I have associated with have been very pleasant and friendly, especially Roger. He was very nice and helpful. He took interest in my conversation and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate his enthusiasm to assist me. I recommend this location to anyone looking for banking services."

I have a loan through them and standard accounts and being new to the adult world I have found University Credit Union to be nothing but absolutely SPECTACULAR i have written two reviews for this branch purely for the fact that I love and appreciate the fact they care and really do reach out to provide the utmost WONDERFUL customer service experience. I spoke with Erin today i was late on my loan going through a personal crisis never-less Erin was 100% attentive to my needs to get my account current and efficient in solving my problem in record time. got my account back from collections and saved me a lot of stress i didn't even need my card to do the payment with the credit union he just heard what i needed and fixed it. (of course making sure i was me i.e. going over some security questions) THANK YOU ERIN, you really made my day and I feel even more secure in my decision to bank with this credit union. That boy deserves a raise!"
