"Worked with Joel Stice in the past. Took way too much time to work with. Nice to talk to but not worth the time and effort for this company. We ended up with 5th 3rd bank for our refi and got much better rates and service. But somehow I keep getting emails from Citywide and Mr. Stice to work with them again. I would not recommend that."

"Ms. Middleton is very personable and supportive. Not once did she assert herself to force a sale or make me feel like I had no options. Because of her professionalism, I had to search through my phone to find her when I was ready because I forgot to save her name. She is a true credit to the industry. I won't work with anyone else."

"Do not use Rachel for your loan! Rachel was not only unprofessional, but she cost us thousands of dollars in interest. Rachel said that our rate was locked, only for us to find out later that this was not the case. Rachel said the rate was not locked because we asked questions about the new Utah Housing loan for first-time home buyers. First off, we did not contact her about that program until 3 weeks after signing the pre-approval letter so the rate should have been locked. At no point did we ever give her permission to unlock our rate and simply asking questions about a new program to help first-time home buyers is not permission. We consulted with two other loan officers, who confirmed that she should not have done that. When Rachel was confronted about her mistake, in my opinion, she acted unprofessionally and unkindly to us and our realtor. I know she may have good reviews on here, but she cost us thousands, if not tens of thousands, due to her mistake."

This gives me the perspective necessary to produce the right documents to put the underwriter at ease. When something goes wrong, Joel holds the ship steady, communicates the new situation and makes me look like I am an old pro. I don't write very many 5 star reviews. Joel and team are, without reservation, best-in-industry."
