"Salon is nice & so was the staff but I unfortunately didn’t love my results. I went in just wanting a few small highlights for a tiny pop to my dark hair. When I left I was somewhat conflicted, it seemed ok but wasn’t what I had envisioned. When I washed and straightened my hair and further inspected it, I realized I didn’t get highlights at all. What I got was just a section of bleached hair tucked under my dark hair. Parts of the roots were still black and orange. I’m very sad I paid that much for it to come out like this. I scheduled an appointment to see if they can fix it. They were accommodating. If they can’t it I’ll have to settle on just doing it all black which would be very disappointing since the whole point of me going was for small highlights. The last photo is what I wanted and the rest are what I got instead. They were all so nice but may need a bit more experience :/"
