"Worst pedicure experience I've ever had. Will never go back. My mom and sisters and I all had pedicure appointments made for the same time made 5 days in advance. When we got there we were quickly seated and with the water started but quickly turned off. I ended up with 2 inches of water that eventually turned cold. My mom and sister had someone come relatively soon after our appointment time to start their pedicures. My other sister had someone come about 15 min late for our time and the woman who finally came to do mine named Linda didn't come till roughly 30 min past our appointment time, by which time my mom and sisters were to the point of having their polish done. She came over with an attitude from the get go and proceeded to talk to the tech next to her about me and acted mad and inconvenienced that she had to be bothered to do a pedicure. She never made eye contact with me or said hello and proceeded to roughly clip and jab at my toes to the point it was painful and then roughly pushing my foot off two different times on each foot into the water to the point it would splash due to her shoving my foot off. Not a single person apologized or explained my extended wait time or told me someone would be with me shortly. I was made to feel like I was the one in the wrong and that I was an inconvenience to them. If I could have gotten up and walked out, I would have. This woman, LINDA has no customer service skills and was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!! Over-priced and horrible rude service. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!"

"My 6 year old daughter had a bad experience at another salon. Tiffany with the nails gave my daughter the best experience. She felt comfortable and said it didn’t hurt at all. At the end my daughter said “When we get pedicures again, let’s come here.”"

"I’ve come here before, it was good. Decided to come back and I will never come back again. They charged me $85 not including tip for these nails. LIKE WHAT!? I kept telling the lady that it wasn’t what I wanted. I have told her that everything about it, I didn’t like. She got snobby and kept letting go of my hand practically throwing it back down after it. I will never come here again. I wish I could get my money back!!"

"For the price of a full set you would think my nails would be on point but wow they turned out awful! It’s so hard to see in photos but my nails are all different shapes, different thickness, different lengths and the paint is lumpy. I will not be going back."

"Lovely experience and lovely place! The three of us had pedicures and the technicians who did them were named Yen, Kathy, Kimmie and they were amazing! They were super nice and friendly and did so well! We are definitely going to be back and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The chairs for the pedicure were massage chairs, everything smelled lovely, and the technicians were amazing at the designs."
