"I am a diamond member, I regularly purchase a lot of makeup. Its extremely disrespectful, insulting and rude when employees follow me around the store. I take my time shopping and like to browse. DONT STALK ME AROUND THE STORE WHILE IM SHOPPING. I want to come here for a relaxing experience and do the one thing I love, shop for makeup. Stop making people feel so uncomfortable. 0 out of 10"
"After I was getting no help at all & struggling to find what I needed Isabella helped me find the products i was looking for but they were sold out she didn’t gave up until we found another item that was similar. I asked the manager if she had any of these she told me they were out in a rude way can’t believe her employee did better at helping me find something. Isabella was the nicest person."
"I cannot rave enough about Kelly who helped me to get a comprehensive understanding of what my exact skin needed. She took a considerable amount of time to walk me through skin care for my skin type as well as makeup recommendations. Kelly was a great listener, very friendly, and really knew her stuff. She helped me work within my budget and made sure that I walked away happy and confident in my purchases."
"I placed an order for pickup and online it said all the items were in stock in store for me to go pick up, so I placed my order and they said one item wasn’t in stock. When I went to go pick up my order the girls at the front were rude & dismissive. I went and looked around the store and the item I had ordered online that they said wasn’t in stock was sitting right on the shelf in plain sight. Seems like there were just lazy employees that day! About 4 employees walked past me without offering help except for one super nice lady asked if I needed help and showed me where things were!"
"I received 2 bareminerals foundations as a gift. When I went to exchange it, the associate and manager both attempted to "find" the receipt from purchase (which I told them it was a gift) let alone i know its been more then 30 days. After the manager was finished playing around in their computer and overriding the price of $39.00 a piece. I saw what she was doing. I was told they can only offer me a $ 2.50 credit per item. How is that possible when it's on your self for $39.00!?! These were unopened and sealed items. I just can't believe their "customer service ""
