"I am a licensed hairstylist and someone that went to this salon came into me to have her hair fixed. She had fusion extensions installed at this salon and it was the worst case of poorly installed extensions I’ve ever seen. She was in SO MUCH pain she couldn’t even sleep. When she brought this concern up the stylist just said it was normal. The hair she sold this client was NOT HUMAN HAIR. It was a synthetic blend when the stylist made it clear it was 100% human hair. The salon didnt give a refund for the fake hair that was sold or for the poorly executed installation"

"worst haircut i’ve ever had in my life. the lady didn’t ask how much i wanted cut off she didn’t ask how i wanted it to be cut she just started cutting. i wanted just a trim and i wanted it all straight across, one length. she did not do that at all. she gave me layers and they’re the worst layers i’ve ever seen in my life. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. i don’t know if i’ll ever get my haircut again after this terrible experience. the only way to fix my hair is to cut it all off. i’m mortified to leave my house. DO NOT GO HERE."
