Claire's Walmart

"They didn’t have the selection that it said they did when I looked it up on the Internet in the store. I was looking for 16 gauge earrings for my rook and conch piercings, which when I looked at places to find those specific type of earrings. Claire’s popped up so I clicked on it and it indeed confirmed they had several kinds of them inside this particular store location. So I went to the specific location to get them and once I got there turns out nope they didn’t have anything like that there and the girls at work couldn’t help me at all other than trying to sell me a damn nose to try and fit in my ear, which absolutely wouldn’t work .so it was pretty disappointing and a big waste of time and gas!"

"Had my daughter’s ears pierced. The pair she absolutely wanted, they were out of. So instead of giving the very next pair up,for the same price-I had to spend MORE $$- just have the basic post. Was not offered that pair for the same price THEY were out of-I had to cough up more $$. The manager was of NO help with anything & both earlobes didn’t even match! One was farther out & up higher than the other side! Too late now-she was in a hurry, didn’t ask me or my daughter or have her co-worker come over to check & see if they were even! She couldn’t even explain the “deal” that they had going with jewelry/items buy something get something for free..?!!or the hypoallergenic pairs(cost!) my daughter didn’t even understand. Needless to say after spending $50-when it was only supposed to be $30 something MAYBE $40 at the most… We left VERY FRUSTRATED AND UPSET. This was supposed to be a fun experience. I suggest go elsewhere. Someone out there surely knows more information and have a better knowledge of how this all works?!!"

"Took my baby to get her ears pierced, picked out the most expensive ones they had... ($65) was told that the odds of the baby pulling em out were 1 in a million bc they are locking backs....... Next morning got baby out of her bed and earring was missing out of her left ear tried to put another one in and it was already closed so I had to drive back and have it redone... She said these should come out.... 2 days later the right one was missing so now my baby is wearing cheap Walmart earrings and they are still in her ears.... So my point is don't buy the expensive ones to pierce your ears! the staff was very nice and replaced the first missing earring.. I could have paid 10 bucks and got a kit and did her ears myself and saved myself 50 bucks"

"Went in to get my ears pierced. The ladies help didn't show up and she was getting busy but her demeanor never changed. She just kept right on going and serviced everyone. She was great! Definitely will go back!"
