"I had a lash lift with Kasey. She was super nice and gentle, but the lash lift did not work at all for me. It didn't really lift up my lashes, and it looks the same as before. A little bit disappointed but maybe the treatment just doesn't work on my lashes."

"Edit: I originally called the dermaplane a microderm and have corrected that. Fact is she didn't offer her mirror and had poor customer service, especially for a first time customer. As for it being a month later, the regrowth from my hairline is now starting to grow in all awkward and reminded me I never reviewed my experience. I didn't create this review for you to "make it right" or for some form of compensation. Why would I trust her with my face again? I made it so other people can have a true idea of what to expect with a specific esthetician. First impressions matter. I was a first time customer about a month ago. I went with HaleyRad because she came highly recommended for lashes, but I wasn't very pleased with my results. Only one eye took the lash lift for some reason. (I kept both eyes dry for 24hrs, but the left eye was flat from the start) I also did a dermaplane facial and had quite a few tiny scratches and cuts, which aren't really a big deal, but she also shaved into my hairline and I now have random hairs/regrowth popping up around my face. I had my brows waxed as well but they don't match. One is thicker than the other. I would have pointed this out in the room, but she didn't offer a mirror or anything once done. Just asked if I wanted to keep my lash brush. Didn't really notice until I got home and could take a good look. This was my first time getting my lashes lifted/tinted and for a demaplane facial."

"Absolutely HIGHLY recommend Hailey! She is the sweetest girl and always does an AMAZING job. I come to her for a few sugaring services. She does such a great job running Evolve and always greets me with a smile! She's always accommodating as long as I cancel or reschedule within her cancelation policy limit (and I might add it is VERY flexible compared to what other small businesses have). I haven't had any experiences with the other girls in the business but if they are anything like Hailey, you're in good hands! Thanks Hailey :)"

"I love coming to Evolve! Since my very first visit, I've been impressed with this business of talented ladies. When I was new to sugaring, Hailey made me feel comfortable and gave me any information I needed. When I was pregnant, she answered ALL my questions about her different services. She knows her industry well. She's super responsive and genuinely cares about giving her clients the best experience she can. The services here are impressively up-to-date (they literally "evolve" to benefit the clients!), the space is beautiful and relaxing, and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
