My name on the account is my maiden name and I wasn’t sure if it was my maiden name or my new last name and she was rude about it. Then I was asking her if it costs money to add new charms to the bracelet and she was just rude about it questioning if I should be adding charms since I wasn’t sure about pricing etc. just overall a disappointing experience."

I didn't receive an online, at home, and they went through the entire process in trying to find it and help replace it. I ended up getting out, however they were so helpful and wanted to make sure I received my items. 10/10! 4 stars because I've had some rude customer service experiences, but overall, very pleased."

"My husband bought me a necklace from here years ago around when we first got together and I loved it so much I wore it every day!! After many years the clasp had worn out so we were gonna go get it fixed. Well, we don't go out to the mall that much so we put it in a bag to keep it safe. We ended up moving and lost where we put it in the move. My husband found it a couple of weeks ago and took it in the other day and they fixed it and polished it for free as part of their lifetime warranty!! They also let me know I can go up and get it polished at any time for free. I was so happy to get it back and can't wait to start wearing it again as I use to. It's my favorite piece of jewelry he's ever bought me...except my wedding ring set!! It meant so much because he went out and looked for this for me!!
