"This place used to be amazing unfortunately their watch maker passed away and now they cannot do business as they once did like many of the other reviews here I have lost my watch with no chance of getting it back it was a score a 1960s Waltham in an antique shop that I bought for 10 dollars so I’m not out much but the quality of this place has unfortunately tanked.. so sad to see don’t go here for anything at all they cannot forfill your needs the way they used to be able to when their watch maker was alive I recommend Espigares Watches & Clocks for any repairs you may need done they do Excellent work and have serviced all my omega watches"
"They don't even deserve 1 star. I bought a watch from them 3 years ago. They were to clean it. I have called and have gone there to check on the progress. A year ago I was told 2 weeks. When I go by the shop during business hours the door is locked but lights are on. They never return calls. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Today I call and the number is suspended. Buyer beware. I had bought another pocket watch from them and they change out the inside working components and didn't tell me. I have another pocket watch that they supposedly had cleaned, however I took it to a different shop and the repairman said whoever worked on it did some things they shouldn't do to the watch. The hands fell off within 30 minutes of walking out of their. I doubt if I ever get my watch or my money back. I will be filing a police report with Tulsa PD. I encourage anyone who has a watch that is in their possession to file a report. You can do it online. If we all do it maybe we can get some action."
"I left to watch there a few years ago, for them to sell for me. After many lies, I asked for the Watch back. And they came up with another story. I’ve been trying to get either my watch, or my money from them with no success. And now they’ve closed up shop. This is theft"
"Shouldn't give them any stars. They have two of my watches about $5000.00 to replace. She has lied to me every time I have made contact with her. Now there is nothing in the shop but the carpet on the floor. I consider this nothing less than theft. I plan to try to find find a remedy for the situation."
"In November of 2022 I left my great grandfather’s pocket watch for an estimate they said would take about three weeks. In early January I went in after weeks of calling and they gave me the price of $300 to make it start again. I said ok and I have so much regret. I was told the watch would be ready in early August so when they did not call me I called them. I got no answer so I went to the store. I have been calling multiple times a week and driving to the store a few times a week and they have never called me back and the store is never open. I called today at 10:05 and the message says the number is suspended. I will be coming by the store again today but if I can’t reach them I will be forced to file a theft report. My great grandfather was born in 1890 and served in the navy from 1911-1926 he was part of the first crew on the uss Oklahoma during ww1 and stayed on that boat until he left the navy. He built ships at fort Mason from 1942 until the fort closed. And now his watch has been kept by liars and thieves. I hope I am able to get his watch back without the use of police but so far it seems like the only option."
