"Honestly, I was shocked at the price difference from your website to in the stores! One example is the folder dividers I purchased online for pickup was around $21 and the price in two of your stores was $36 & $40 — I am shocked at this business practice! And it's pretty much with all of your products. I explained this to the sales person but he was very indifferent to the matter. I certainly will never shop in the stores again and will only do online pickup."

"I spent one hour trying to get an overnight USPS envelope sent. It’s good to hire the handicapped, but they should not be put in a position of helping customers. There was no one in the store, including the manager who knew how to do this simple procedure. They didn’t even know how to operate the printer. This is supposed to be a business center? Never again will I come here."
