The sofa and ottoman were even more beautiful in person and I purchased it on the spot. He got me setup with delivery, installation, and protection. It was a seamless experience and I’m so happy I chose this location!"

"I am leaving this review planning on revisiting it after you show your awesome service. UPDATE: I DID EMAIL THEM ON THE EMAIL THE JUST SUGGESTED A MONTH AGO AND GOT ZERO RESPONSE! Wow! really? So we were doing some spring cleaning today and saw the terrible scab together job the tech did. I added the pictures to this review... Absolutely horrible service! Essentially, we bought a set of furniture and had it delivered about 2 years ago. The delivery guys were terrible, I had to pack it in the house and put the feet on myself.... But that's not the reason for the 1 star review. We also purchased the service extended package if they break. Well, not too long after we purchased them, we noticed a weird bulge on the outside. Keep in mind, this was during covid, and they have never moved from the room we put them in when new. We are busy, didn’t think it was a huge deal, but as time went on, we decided to call and have it checked out. The very unfriendly service guy came and what do you know. The frame was busted. Not only was it busted, but it looked like someone had previously tried a scab repair on it. So, long story short. Rather than fixing it, when the grumpy guy came, which I could have fixed in 5 minutes, he buttoned up the couch and we got sent a denial letter because we saw the bump and didn't call within 30 days. They are not going to fix it. It was an obvious manufacturer defect or delivery defect at least. AND we paid extra for the service plan. Wow. Just Wow. So Ashley furniture, are you going to fix this?"
