"I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but just had to for Living Spaces. I love this place so much! They go above and beyond in delivering an exceptional furniture shopping experience. With fully furnished and decorated “houses” inside the store, it’s something that has to be seen to be believed. I’ve never seen so much variety and selection in one store in my life, and with prices to fit every budget. The sales people are all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and not on commission, so you don’t feel pressured the moment you enter the store. I especially enjoyed working with Mike, who helped me find the perfect sofa, the Harper Down III—so comfortable and just right for us since we’re tall. I couldn’t believe how well priced it was, and such good quality. Drop your kids off at the supervised play center and have a relaxing time while you shop, then grab a snack at the snack bar. Living Spaces has earned my repeat business—I don’t see a reason to shop for furniture anywhere else."

"4.5 only because, before setting out to pick up my selection local to see the quality, I tried to call first to check the inventory, but found that the third-party call-center team needs remedial training in how to act as the face of the company. And I never got through to the store or received a return call that was promised. However, once on site at the Draper, UT location, I found everyone to be very friendly and the customer service was outstanding. The coffee bar was excellent, and the warehouse team was friendly and courteous, too. The inventory in the showroom was all good quality items and beautiful looking. As far as showrooms go, the place is altogether amazing!"

"This is my favorite furniture store for a bunch of reasons. For one thing, it's laid out beautifully. It's so easy to find what you need, and get ideas for your home. Second, there's something for every price point. We bought an inexpensive mattress for my son that was very high quality - he goes to bed early every night now because of how comfortable it is! Thirdly, they have fun things for the kids. We've never utilized the play place but it looks so cool - but my toddler's just happy riding around in the "vroom vroom" strollers! Lastly, and in my husband's opinion, most importantly, the employees don't work on commission, so there's no one following you around, asking if you need help. But EVERY employee there is happy to help if you ask. I've never seen such a friendly bunch of people, so besides being a great place to shop, it's likely a great place to work, as well. Bonus: they were quick with preparing our purchase. We were in and out of there in less than a half hour, WHAT!?"

"I recently bought all new bedroom furniture from Living Spaces. I was so impressed with my experience with them. They delivered the furniture and set it all up in for us and it went so smoothly. I usually hate buying new furniture because there always seems to be problems but everything went seamlessly. I am also so impressed with the quality of furniture with affordable prices. I will definitely be coming back here for any furniture needs."

"Living Spaces has been well overdue to come to Utah and this store does not disappoint. Growing up in Northern California, I grew up with their addictive jingle playing in my head from their radio commercials and I knew they built quality furniture at great prices. I’m so happy they finally decided to bring those great traits to Utah. I bought some furniture from a competitor a few years ago and in 3 years it broke twice so I decided it was time to replace my furniture with ones that could better stand the test of time. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by a manager and followed up with by one of their great sales staff. It felt like she was having just as much fun helping me plan my purchase as I was. I returned another day and shared a similar experience with another sales person (I like how they’re non-commissioned, so I don’t have some Dad desperate to put food on his table jamming the sale down my throat then dropping communication once it’s paid). Production times are quick and furniture can be made and configured in such a unique way that I feel confident that no one else in Utah had the same furniture as me. Financing is available with no interest for 18 months and I’ve yet to find anyone who has had a bad experience with Living Spaces. Not to mention, the showroom is probably the biggest I’ve ever seen! Keep up the amazing work Living Spaces Draper Team! You’ve made a new customer for life out of me!"
