"We had a terrible experience with this company. The device was shipped from India late with little communication on the schedule. There were no communications on arrival dates until we were only a week away. We ordered it in December and in the end it was only working in May! Once it arrived it turned out not to be wired correctly as ordered (110V) and the motor died. We had to wait several weeks to get a replacement and we had to pay an expert to install it. They will not cover any of the expenses to cover their issues. Very disappointed in our purchase."
