"I went to this store today because I needed to recycle a rechargeable lithium battery. The only employee at the desk was helping another customer. Not a problem. However, the customer's issue was quite involved and took a long time to resolve, leaving me trying to entertain my kid in the tiny store while the employee hasn't even acknowledged me or given me an idea of how much longer it would be. While I was waiting another customer came in and suddenly from the back another employee came out. He walked about 6 inches from where I was standing and didn't acknowledge me even though I loudly said "hi" to him. (Maybe it was because he had an earbud in that ear.) Anyway, 2nd employee checks out the other customer - and still doesn't acknowledge me. So I walk up to the counter and ask if he can help me. I came to this location because the website says they recycle batteries, but he says they would just throw away all of the AAs and AAAs I have; they'd only recycle the lithium one. I was annoyed but gave him the hand vac with the lithium battery. Without explaining anything, he leaves to go back to the back room and comes back with a screwdriver - because (as the other employee ended up explaining) they can't take the whole device, only the battery. Ok. So he tries and then she tries to get the battery case open and neither can figure it out. By this point, I'm annoyed from having to keep track of my kid for so long and having to deal with the male employee, so I say I'll just take the hand vac home and figure how to take the battery out myself and bring just the battery back. Well, the female employee explains I could just take it to the dump as is and they'll take care of it all there. That would have been such helpful information 15-20 mins prior! I have less than zero motivation to come back to this store based on the lack of customer service I received today."

"Drove an hour away to this location to replace the screen on my phone through t mobile insurance and got terrible service. The first time, i was told that the repair guy was already out of work so i had to reschedule. Came back on time and was told that other people getting repairs through insurance made appointments at the same time as me after i had an appointment already. Was told they couldn't do anything about it and then they proceeded to reschedule me again. Why would my appointment of the same caliber as others take a lower priority even though i had already been told to come back? Wont be returning after this gets sorted out."

"April was super awesome. I needed an awkward sized battery for my lightsaber. I didn’t know anything about batteries and they helped me figure out what battery to use along with using a test battery to make sure it would work before I bought it. Recommended checking the manufacture warranty so I’d be taken care of if something happened along with saving a picture of the receipt. Great service and super friendly. I got 2 rechargeable batteries that work great so far."

"Buyer beware. You are better off going literally anywhere else. I cannot give this location and their management a review low enough to match their service and support. I purchased an X2 battery from them in 2022, as they rims me it was the best unit on the market. This is their most expensive unit, and more expensive than batteries anywhere else in town. I wanted the best though. This unit features a 48 month “free replacement” which helped build the value. Two years after purchase, the battery quit starting the vehicle. The vehicle is kept in a warmed garage and driven under regular conditions. I brought the battery back to the location and it tested bad. They said they had to put it on their machine for 48 hours (!!!) and test again. They did, and it still failed. Then they told me I disassembled the battery. Didn’t happen. Then they told me I froze the battery. Didn’t happen. Last, they told me it has been overcharged. If so, it was a result of being on their machine for 48 hours. The manager April and her “area manager” are unwilling to do the right thing, honoring the warranty on the battery they sold. I hope I can save someone else from the same experience."
