Olivia (salesperson) spent 15–20-minutest explaining to me the difference type of watches, after 30 min or so I found the perfect watch, I asked how much maybe off the sticker price? She went back and talked to management (also great people) and came back and said it was 30% off (I had no idea it would be off that much!!!).
