"I purchased a Groupon and drove 45 minutes to this location. My appointment was at 2. I walked in at 1:54 and was inform my appointment was canceled and marked a no-call no-show. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. Also it did not say anywhere that it fades tattoos I definitely would not want to do something that will fade my tattoo. That should have been made explicitly clear ahead of time. The place seemed very rude and unprofessional I would definitely not recommend them."
