"Every time I come to this smoke shop inside or drive through the customer service is HORRIBLE. The cashiers are rude and lack customer service skills, etiquette, professionalism and common courtesy. The prices are what keeps the business I will attest to that. However, I feel the owner deserves employees who don’t eat at the counter while blowing smoke with a woke up on the wrong side of the bed demeanor. He deserves someone who has customer service skills who would be willing to serve every customer with respect and dignity. This by far is the worst smoke shop in Tulsa if you’re looking for customer service and respect."

"We've been going to this smoke shop for 10+ years. 95% of the staff is very friendly. Being regulars the staff knows what I or My Husband is wanting when We walk in. Its convenient and has always been a great experience until one night it wasn't. An employee cussed out my husband when he told her that she gave him the incorrect item. I took this problem to the manager who informed me he would handle the problem appropriately. That was a lie! What happened to the loyalty to customers? I will no longer give my $$ to a business that doesn't respect their customers. After talking to a few other people in my neighborhood that go to this smoke shop, this isnt the first time this same lady has been rude and cussed at someone. Evidently it's a reoccurring problem. A problem that obviously isnt being handled appropriately. I will miss seeing all the other friendly ladies."

"Love how friendly the staff is, even though it seems to be a different person every visit. The prices are very reasonable, mainly the vape and the choices offered are more options some actual vape shops. Hours open are also a winning factor. Not 100% on price for tobacco specific since I quit smoking cigarettes 2 years ago."
