"Nick and Sam are incredible! We purchased a Cafe+ chair to help alleviate some symptoms my husband experiences from flying every week and we have LOVED it. We have been very impressed with the attentive service given by Sam and Nick. We had such a great experience that we then purchased a Brio Sport chair and find it a perfect addition to have a fabulous massage. Most recently, my mother purchased the Cafe+ chair prior to her hip replacement surgery. She has LIVED in that chair for 2 weeks straight while recovering and has said it was an absolute life saver! She had repeatedly said she cannot image not having had it to help facilitate her recovery. She has been so comfortable and is so grateful for the zero gravity feature and smooth leg lift feature. We also had a service need on this chair and it was handled very promptly. Sam and Nick have been amazing to quickly respond to our questions and any concerns we have had. We have appreciated the excellent service as well as in the products they sell and have recommended them to other family and friends."

"So glad we found this store - we were looking to upgrade our old Sleep Number bed and ended up getting a much higher quality Personal Comfort bed for the same price. Sam is knowledgeable and very good at what he does (incredible people skills!), but also has a relaxed no pressure style which was truly a breath of fresh air. Best sales experience ever, hands down. Nick is awesome, knows the industry inside and out, and really cares about what he does. They both treat you like family right out the gate. When the two of them came to our home to deliver and set up the new bed, it felt like we were having old friends over - we really enjoyed the time and talked up a storm. "High-end, top-notch customer service from “real” people to say the least, but the best part about it is what they are selling! Wow, I haven’t slept this well in at least 15 years, but probably for my whole life! Sam helped me find exactly what I didn’t know I needed, and I would trust him to pick the exact firmness and model for my own mother…which we’re working on now. Their mattresses are the best quality I’ve found, and I think we went to probably 10 stores before this one. They gave me the best deal possible, the best mattress possible, the best motorized frame possible, the best sheets possible, all for the best price possible, and I’ve even gone out of my way to take them coffee a couple times because they are just cool people! Clean store, nice atmosphere, and highest quality stock. You won’t be pressured or coerced by these folks in any way. If you don’t want what they’re selling, they don’t want you to buy it! A true customer service success story and as I stated above, I’ve never slept better in my entire life.
