"I always have great customer service experience at this location. (Superlative intended!) it’s about time I write a review to thank everyone. Tonight Sarah in the ski dept was so kind and offered to mount my bindings on my new skis at 7:20pm, because it’s pounding snow and she knew I’d want to use my new skis tomorrow. She got it done with time to spare! As I was loading my skis into my car, I saw her run all the way to her car and got the feeling she was running late because she stayed to help me. If that’s the case, she didn’t let on that I was an imposition at all. Thank you so much Sarah! Have fun wherever you’re going- I know I’ll have fun on the slopes!"

"I love this REI!! Super helpful and friendly staff that are genuinely passionate about the outdoors. The bike shop and bike REI crew members were so kind! They helped me get equipment for my Iceland Bikepacking trip. They boxed my bike quickly and did a better job than the companies my friends went to. Aesa (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was super kind about that and several other team members. They even included a short note in the box! I can’t stop by for a while to personally thank them so I’ll include some photos here!"

"Good selection of outdoor accessories at the highest end of the price scale. Friendly staff and a clean establishment. However, they do not honor the veterans who constitute a large percentage of the residents in Davis County. No military discount offered by REI."

"Came to REI to get a replacement backpacking pack (my partner’s was stolen from her vehicle in Salt Lake City, UT). We happened to time our trip right during the “just for members” Co-Op sale which was awesome! Walked away with some killer deals but more importantly, we got some expert advice on backpacking equipment and how to safely and efficiently use it. We spent a solid 2 hours in the store and talked to several staff members who were ALL incredibly helpful. But a gentleman named Alan helped us with the packs and gave us the super helpful advice. We’ll definitely be back!"
