"Prestige financing gave me a $25000 loan at 24% interest, my payoff balance is still the original amount after paying over $2000 to the principal. I asked them if I could pay directly to the principal and was told, “no, we don’t do that.” I should’ve looked them up online before getting a car— SO MANY WARNINGS ONLINE! I looked to see if they had been sued and discovered Prestige likes to sue people who want to get out of their predatory loan through surrendering their vehicle. My car value is now $10,000 and the loan is still at $25,000– should be illegal. No matter how desperately you need a vehicle: Don’t use Prestige to finance! You’ll never get out from under them Btw: I was getting paid AFTER the payment due date one month, called them ahead of time (weeks in advance) to let them know, and there was NO consideration, they still told me the payment was late. The interest already ensures they get paid for their “inconvenience” so why did they need to mess with my credit? RUN FROM THEM"

"Prestige is a great place they gave me a chance on a car loan when nobody else would. I'll go back to them every time, because I know they will take care of me. Very nice people there to."

"I wouldn’t give them one star like everyone else’s says they blow up your phone day it’s due just a bad company .very difficult to pay them then if you ever get behind and catch up they nail u on your. Credit report and won’t remove it been trying for two days to pay it and now after six years they need my account and routing number text to them or they will not process your payment I wish I would have read these reviews before I signed on with this bad company good luck !!"

"I am writing to tell everyone not to use this company. My car payment is currently with this company. I have 70 of 72 payments complete. They did not advise of late fees or due date change fees but assessed 9 additional payments at the end of my term lease and than told me if i am late on those additional 9 payments i will continue to have to pay them until their fees are satisfied. IT IS ILLEGAL and they should be shut down. i cannot believe that others have not complained about this but know they hide this in their disclosures apparently."

"Worst company to ever deal with! I got my car refinanced and this is who I refinanced with. They are all rude! They call you and text you nonstop if your payment is not made by the due date. My due date does not align with my pay schedule by a few days but they make dang sure to harass you everyday until it’s paid even after you tell them when you will have it paid. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company. They are bottom of the barrel trash. Save yourself the headache and use a different company! I know as soon as I can I will be refinancing through somebody else and not these loan sharks."
