We have a new construction loan, and the process with the bank is very clunky to say the least. Thankfully, Maggie and Virginia more than make up for it by being the most responsive team I have ever experience in 20+ years of loans and banking. Cannot say the number of times they have stepped in, run point, or pushed through issues in the website or system to make sure our loan funded smoothly and checks went out in time.
