""High quality furnishings for a high quality price." I said that 3 years ago. Back then, we weren't treated well when we walked through the door. A month ago I went in for dinning chairs. Surprise! We were greeted warmly. I got to say, the staff was attentive and fun to work with. 3 years ago, they looked down on a brother, thinking I had no dough. This time, I got to work with a two brothers; a Black dude and a white dude. They were fantastic. We got everything we needed for the pad and a couple extra items. I would go back again. The quality is unbeatable. 4.5 stars for selection and service."

We joined RH as members, worked with a designer, and ordered beautiful furniture for each space. I appreciated how my designer, Thais De Oliveira, worked with my needs. "Not sure what people mean by “if you don’t look rich” you won’t get helped. My wife and I went in today in jean shorts, a t-shirt and ball cap! We were greeted at the door, told them we wanted to look around, then after we had browsed, a second employee checked on us and were very helpful for the rest of our experience. I am in a wheel chair so it’s hard for me to get around in some crammed furniture stores. We wanted to try couches and the girl helping us was willing to push around coffee tables, lamps, and any other obstacles in my way! Upon time to checkout we had some issues with our finances that needed to be sorted out and we were accommodated perfectly! We just about furnished our whole main floor with her today and will definitely go back in the future!"
