"When I first looked into going to the store, I ran to this comment/ratings section and saw all the high reviews about the store and their employee Skylor. I was floored by how many high reviews there were. I went into the store and sure enough Skylor was there to greet us with a smile. I didn't lead on that I had read the reviews and went about the mattress selection process with him. He is amazing! He is very friendly and knowledgeable! He also happened to have the purple mattress rep at the store as well (I am so sorry I forgot her name) and she was super knowledgeable and friendly as well. The reviews are spot-on, I would definitely make an appointment to visit the store and get the wonderful customer service!"

"Neil was nice during the sale. I spend good cash for my mattress and they won’t even help you put it in the car. Being a single woman, very very poor customer service during pick up. Plus had to wait 20 minutes while the sales guy chatted with other guests, no sense of urgency while people are waiting."
