"Welcome to dog owners, NOT welcome or safe for small kids. We were trying to shop and there was a man with a Rottweiler nearby. The dog was jumping and excitable at the sight of my two small children. We stepped away, but a few minutes later my one year old tried to run past the dog in the aisle and the dog lunged at him scratching his face and making him bleed. I talked with the manager, and all that was said was that dogs are allowed in the store and there is nothing they can do. I have the choice to call an outside party, but the employees cannot assist me. They said they will go talk to him, but it seemed nonchalant and dismissive. I tried to warn them that there was a dog that was out of control in their store, they just walked away. We quickly left. Don’t take your kids shopping there, and if so stay far away from everyone else. No one is going to help you if something happens"
"They sold me and my friend a tactical Roger 10-22 with the wrong scope it was supposed to come with a veridian when called to correct it the manager acted like I was a total jerk for wanting the right one and when I called the main marketing office they told me the stores manager would call me back and nothing. Until they call me or mark h. back this 1 Star stays."
"Have you been in Cal Ranch lately? Did you see the size and selection of their clothing department? I had no idea. A bit more expensive but quality products and helpful associates make it worth every penny Great firearm and tool selection too. Ohh and try their Gummy bears they're fantastic."
