I had been messaging her back and forth for a couple of weeks before deciding to purchase, and she was extremely helpful, friendly, and thorough in helping us understand what our options were. The whole process never felt pushy which is so hard to find these days. She was very responsive and made the purchase experience the best I’ve ever had. We also had questions about the quality (compared to places like Ashley) and the gentleman associate in the store explained how their furniture is made, putting us much more at ease.
