"Never used this company until now , and never will again. appreciate the effort but was a big waste of money. They did however have someone out here the same day . Was told I’d get a text when he was 30 minutes away, waited a little over an hour after the text. Guy that came out is clearly just a sales man, as he stated him self that’s why he’s not licensed , snaking drains doesn’t require him to be , just does sales more less. I Had a clogged up main line from roots , so he Used a small snake and it was bundling up and he kept saying it’s because the roots/ my pipe etc ( it’s 4” pipe of course you need the bigger one so there’s not all that play) he ended up using the bigger one and once he hit the roots he barely tried working them out or that’s my take atleast . Told me I needed to do spot repair or total replacement. I asked if he felt confident in his attempt and he said that if he couldn’t get those roots out no one probably could. Quoted me without doing measurements or anything 13-20 thousand. Decided to pay another local company to come out The next day for a second opinion. They ran their big snake for about 20 minutes tops , got line to drain, ran a camera all the way to the tap , and gave tips on getting the left over roots to go away. To make it even better they located where my line ties into the city’s main, had the city come out and get a depth of their line and a quote if I wanted to do a full line replacement for much cheaper then I was quoted by this company. ( to included pulling permit etc) Just sharing my experience for whoever cares to know."

"I’d love to tell you how great their service is, but that would be a lie. I scheduled four days ahead of time. Scheduled arrival window was 8am-6pm, nothing more specific than that. Okay, fine. Day of service arrives and I call at 3:30pm to see if they’re still coming because there are three toilets to install, I want the technician to have enough time. They can’t make it that day, so they immediately reschedule for the following day. Next day the arrival schedule is the same: 8am-6pm window, nothing more specific. The next day comes and I don’t hear from them until 2:15pm, when they called to tell me they had to cancel my appointment and reschedule it for the following Monday. Nothing they can do, they just can’t make it, but didn’t call to tell me until it would be too late to get a replacement on a Friday. The poor service from the schedulers was enough for me to never use this company again. Oversold and under delivered, but hey, all those five star reviews, huh?!? Hope the next customer has a better experience."

"Great experience with Champion Plumbing! Easy to text first thing in the morning and set up an appointment for the same day. All personnel were professional, courteous, and thorough. I was grateful they were able to fix my problem at a minimal and fair price. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for any future plumbing needs."
