"Been in for service several times since I purchased my Hyundai last Sept. and all visits have been excellent. Yesterday check engine light came on so I took car in without an appointment. Not a problem and Jason got me in so they could find out what was going on. Kept me informed of the process and length of time to install replacement injector. Arranged to get me a ride back to my office while service was being performed. Car was ready when he promised. This is a busy place but they go way beyond in taking care of their customers thanks to employees like Jason"

"Edmond Hyundai is the only mechanic where 2-3 hour wait times for an oil change, WITH AN APPOINTMENT, are the norm, as well as acceptably deemed by their management. I have never seen another mechanic where they have so many people, but can't do an oil change even remotely as fast as a tire shop with a tenth of the staff. These wait times are completely ludicrous, but they trap you if you buy a car from them, since in order to have their engines for life guarantee, you must have their oil and additives. I'd highly recommend buying from another dealer based on these wait times alone."

"It was very pricey, but my Service Advisor (James) was awesome. He did a very good job helping me understand the process. If I called him and got no answer. He would always get back to me quickly to answer my concerns. Wish the rest of the department was like that."

"Was in there on Friday and witnessed several staff members (Jarod service advisor, ugly manager lady, and the GM/owner) completely disrespect a customer. They really did treat him horribly and then the manager even had the audacity to laugh at the customer that they were treating so bad. Without customers, they don't have a job and to treat this man like that, no way will I ever come back bc I don't want to be next with how bad they treated someone!"
