"Usually very happy with the service. Lately however, I've had to bring two vehicles back multiple times: 1: Brought one truck in for brakes, had to return a week later because they had been improperly installed (they covered it under warranty, it had damaged the rotor which they also paid for, these things happen). However, had to bring truck in for the same sort of scraping sound the next week and a vibration in the steering wheel. They were "unable to duplicate either issue". When I returned, vibration was gone... told the noise might be my transfer case. 2: Same truck in for oil change, had oil drip afterward, had to take it back for a "clean up". 3: Other truck in for a sound it was making, the same sound that I was told was the sway bar on earlier visit. Sway bar was replaced then. Sound came back, they "can't duplicate it" (after having it overnight)...sway bar might have been going but was not the problem the truck was brought in for. 4: same truck has an engine light on, replaced sensors. Light is back on, must be "the timing" (not having that replaced). The Sound is still there, unlikely we will take it back in. I'm starting to lose confidence in their ability and not happy with losing personal time for multiple visits. Probably keep using them for oil changes and tires..."

They are honest and respectful, courteous, professional and prompt. If I drop off my car with an emergency leak or tear, their communication is timely and their service is usually complete in under 24 hours. I can't say it enough- do not go anywhere else!"
