"I would give it 5 stars but this is a weird experience not their fault. The reason I gave 4 stars is the ice maker that finally got hooked up leak's water into ice hold so doesn't work. Both times someone came out they told me they didn't know how. However the nice guy who actually did set it up at least tried. So still do not have a ice maker that works. Thanks really because of Lowe's and their inefficient team."
"I can not speak to technical ability because they never showed. I spoke with the same scheduler 3 time each time her response was: it wasn’t me and I didn’t give a time only a block. When I asked if I was actually on the schedule I received silence. I recommend getting names and specific especially if you have a major leak or issue."
