He didn't try to upsell me like the other company's out there that I've dealt with, he actually walked me through step by step 3-4 DIY methods to see if I could resolve my issue. To keep a long story short, Jerry asked me when I bought my house and I told him less than year (purchased home in May 2020) and he suggested to ask my home warranty department to see if they would cover his cost to come and fix my issue and when I called with him, the warranty dept approved and paid for his services.
