"Made an appointment (1 pm) to do some sewer work and did not call to let us know he couldn't make the appointment time? Finally answered the 3rd call and said he was busy with emergency calls and he'd be here between 8:30 and noon the next morning....again no call so at noon we called someone else to do the job. Left a message for him to cancel the job since he doesn't answer the phone! Wouldn't recommend or suggest someone else if asked about his service!"

"Would not recommend Ken's plumbing at all. Two mornings in a row, no show, not even a call to explain. When I called him to ask if he was still coming (both mornings) he was very grouchy! I understand help being out with the flu, but a call to tell me------ so I wouldn't have to have driven to the rent house would have been nice. I live out of town, had to be there cause the renter works. LC"
