"This experience was shared more with my son. He did a trade thru online marketplace for a used PS4 and when he picked it up, he instantly knew there was something wrong with it. We looked up places nearby and even though it was a holiday, he called and they answered. For the cleaning, he was told $40-$80 and paid the $80 up front based on what my son thought would be needed. Although we both expected to be called regarding additional charges, the call that came in two days later was "Come pick it up. It's done!" I'm being completely transparent, the dust and build up of debris when he got it alarmed him. Growing up, my parents always struggled with roaches and that worries me. When he spoke with them, they said it wasn't something they are concerned about because they get quite a bit of work-related pest cleanings and are prepared for it and guarantee their service takes care of it.
