"Sold me a new unit ... installed the condensation pipe directly infront of the screen trap door... then broke my hinge on the door when I asked them to fix it... didn't fix nothing just told me to grab the pipe and pull it over 3 inches and it opens fine and broke the hinge on it while they pried it open to show my wife... then just left... never replaced nothing or solved the problem... brand new unit outside has huge dings in it in the fins, 2 bad ones... alot of fins layed over day 1... to top all that off I asked for an upsized unit due to my needs and 2 years later it won't keep my house at 72 when it gets above 100 outside nomatter what I do(clean fins, new filter, full of freon) we sit in a stuffy 78 all day when it's above 100 outside... I would give negative stars if I could..."
"Water heater busted and flooded laundry room with air handler in it. 4 seasons came out two days after inspection and repaired the damaged base and reset unit. Very professional and timely. Would highly recommend."
"Tried to sell me a new unit when one wasn’t needed. Charged 143.00 for doing absolutely nothing. Said to fix the unit would cost at least $1700.00. Had another company come out and all they had to do was clean the coils and the AC worked fine. It’s small town Clinton Oklahoma so they’re going to try and rip you off no wonder no one wants to bring business there or live there. Glad I moved out of this place. I would never recommend this company. Glad I used my American Home Shield which they do not honor!"
