Western Equipment

"Well I say I have made 2 previous buys from the Amerilo lot, top rate. Unfortunately that falls flat fron the Alva, Clinton locals. Maybe I got the wrong guys but one would not contact me back when he said he would , and one found out that the piece of machinery I was purchasing had issues so I was asked to pay more for the repairs. Um if the equipment isn't sale worthy than don't list it or put in the description that repairs are needed, or if found to be in need reduce the price or offer to fix it and not charge for it. Bottom line it's your mistake, I am not paying for it. Bet if I made that mistake y'all would hammer me to pay for it. Bottom line, it's bad business. I hate having to leave a review like this, especially since I am sure the majority of people working in these sites, esp the mechanics , service guys and other staff are grand folk. I was raised and most in this area are raised to own up to mistakes and make em right!"

"Great establishment! Always greeted when I walk in, staff is always friendly! Very knowledgeable sales and parts staff! All of my service work has been very thorough and quick! Recently they have started giving out free water which I really enjoy, who doesn't like something free! Always enjoy my trips to this store!"
