"I was disappointed with my last service at Matt’s RV. My docking station door was missing when my camper was returned to me after getting repaired for 3 weeks. They claimed it was wind but I’ve never had that happen to me. I felt like it was more of a negligent problem than secondary to the weather. I had to pay for a new one, though it was not incredibly expensive it was more the principal of the matter, and a really great chance to show you you’re appreciated as a customer after having paid several thousand dollars within the past month. I have had good experiences with the team at Matt’s RV! They did make it right and took care of me after the experience. Matt reached out to me on the phone and I really appreciated it!"
