"DO NOT use this company. Last Dec 2021 they installed an undersized spring. In order to compensate for their poor work, they adjusted the opener. By 6 mos out, the door was making a horrible noise, they sent a tech who recommended other work that had nothing to do with fixing the problem. I declined that recommendation. 9 months to the day, the cables were falling off and it was close to cracking the panels. I had to have the original work corrected by another company. When I called customer service, it was anything but helpful. Obviously this company understands neither garage doors nor customer service. If there were negative stars I would give them that. REPEATING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
"Would highly recommend. Was able to schedule the appointment for the next day and they arrived on time. Repair man was highly professional and honest. Instead of trying to upsell us on repairs we didn’t need, he told us exactly what needed to be done. Would recommend for their honestly alone! Pricing was reasonable and was a quick repair. Would definitely use again!"
