"DO NOT use this company. Last Dec 2021 they installed an undersized spring. In order to compensate for their poor work, they adjusted the opener. By 6 mos out, the door was making a horrible noise, they sent a tech who recommended other work that had nothing to do with fixing the problem. I declined that recommendation. 9 months to the day, the cables were falling off and it was close to cracking the panels. I had to have the original work corrected by another company. When I called customer service, it was anything but helpful. Obviously this company understands neither garage doors nor customer service. If there were negative stars I would give them that. REPEATING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
