On a previous occasion, based on google reviews, I called up Les and described an issue I was having with a washing machine. He was honest enough to explain that in this case it would be better for me to spend the money on a new one. Not only did he come out on the same day (within just a few hours), he already had parts on hand for this model, and had the unit fixed within a very short time - less than an hour! Yesterday he exceeded my expectations again and showed up within a couple of hours of my initial call and stayed on the problem with my freezer until he was satisfied it would work like it should before leaving this saved me the aggravation of having to find a temporary place to save our entire freezer full of food.
