"Called and spoke with a representative on October 26th at approximately 0930. They said someone from the Sherman branch would call me shortly. Received a call from Bobby at 1151. He stated he had just finished lunch, had another job to do and that he would contact me after that job so we could set up a time for him to come look at my vehicle. As of writing of this review I am still waiting on that call back. Can’t communicate with your customers by calling them and letting them know you’re gonna be late, will have to get back with them or that you don’t want the job at all is apparently not a concern of this company!"
"Called them to come out & figure out a tick in our truck and a young man came out pretty quickly to help us out! Very honest and professional, we forgot to get his name but he was in a red Nissan Titan and was very helpful!!"
"JC Mobile Mechanics was fast. I had one of my drivers have brakes problems. JC was fast to answer the phone and get to the location of my driver. He talked me through the problem of the trailer, nice and simple. He told me there wasn't much to do and was honest about the trailer. My driver was able to get back on the road fast. If I have any problems with trailers around that area, I will be calling JC again."
"We had a belt break at 7 pm last night and I made a post on a local Facebook site asking for help . Dillon messaged me and without hesitation came to my house to verify the issue. He then went and got the needed part and fixed my car quickly! He didn't even charge me much even though it was after 7 pm at night. I highly recommend using this company if you need something done.. I will definitely be using them again!"
