"Great place if you want to stay outside of park city for a cheaper price, it’s only like 20 minutes away, the room was ok but not as clean as I would like as I saw some spider webs in the corner, but the rest of the hotel was clean and maintained and the service was good!"
"We really enjoyed staying at this property and will definitely stay again when we come to the area. Customer service was above what we expected. Donna and Monika are amazing and both gave more than five star customer service to me and my daughter. The property is clean, the pool and hot tub is 24 hours and breakfast was hot and a full meal. The drive to Park City for the Sundance festival was maybe 25 minutes away and it beat having to deal with the congestion near the festival. We will be staying here again when we come back."
"Room was slightly out dated but good over all. Sink was backed up, but didn't stay in the room for more than a night so wasn't the end of the world. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Pool and hot tub was also good."
"Pleasant place, great service from Ivan our whole stay. Nice complimentary breakfast. The room was attractive, but the bed (and pillows) were on their last legs; we kept rolling into a ravine in the middle of the bed. We were, however, overcharged. The desk clerks did not have enough access to fix the problem. The general manager ignored the email I'd sent. Then he took forever to deign to come to the phone when I called (and I know how close his office is). He tried to pawn me off on the booking service, but as they logically pointed out, we'd chosen to pay at the hotel at the end of our stay, so the general manager needed to remedy the situation. We did get the overage refunded eventually."
"Nice lobby. Afternoon reception women really nice. Exercise room. Pool/hottub looked nice but was out of towels. Our room was very nice! We got a suite on the third floor. Everything very good, relaxing and enjoyable...except there was almost no hot water and poor water pressure. Very poor breakfast experience and that would be due to inattentive staff. Saturday morning was a wait for any hot food, Sunday morning was terrible! Only half an hour into breakfast starting: no eggs,no sausage, potatoes were undercooked, there were only 6 slices of bread (never refilled) no bagels, no muffins, no pastries, no yogurt, a few fruits... basically the only food left was waffle batter and coffee. No one cleaning. The only thing fill was the garbage cans (not emptied from yesterday ) Male attendant seemed not to care at all. Morning receptionist on her phone. Breakfast layout hindered by overlarge chairs blocking traffic flow and popular demand foods, plates and cutlery bring placed in the middle of long counter (instead of at the ends)"
