"One of the worst rooms I have stayed in. Floor was sticky and bathroom was moldy. There was sand in the sheets and the rooms don't seem well insulated so could hear everything outside. I expected much more for the price we paid. Breakfast wasn't bad."
"Stayed a night here on my way to Capitol Reef. Rooms are kinda run down and not taken care of. You can tell by the doors on the way into the building. Office staff wasn’t rude but weren’t exactly inviting. 3 stars is all its worth especially at 100$ a night."
"Great location, 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon, but know this is NOT a 5 star hotel and they don't try to be! They are remodeling but have a ways to go still. The Exterior, bathrooms, and ice area all need work still. That being said, the staff are very nice and the breakfast is decent"
