I have two sons away at college and when one called explaining he had a toothache it was Dr. Jackson who called him back and talked to him directly to see if they could figure out the issue and come up with a plan until my son was able to get home during a break. "Definitely a 5 star experience! I mentioned to the hygenist my anxiety about getting dental work done and she and Dr. Allan made sure to walk me through what I was getting fixed and was very helpful toward making me feel at ease. Any shots used to numb were much less painful as Dr. Allan made sure I didn't feel them as much by going slow and triple checking that it didn't hurt. Jody at the front desk is super nice and great at scheduling a date that works for you. It's definitely a relaxing experience for those who are use to tense or stressful dental visits. Overall a very calm environment with helpful people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great dentist."
"Dr. Allan is one of my two favorite dentists. I was referred to him by a family member who also loves his services, and I was not disappointed. He has a friendly, professional demeanor, and treated me very well during my visit. He explained all procedures in advance, including any pain I was likely to feel, and options that might circumvent pain. He was likewise transparent with any costs of service, and he walked me through why he was doing each step of what he was doing. My final bill was actually slightly less than I expected, which was also nice. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Allan."
